What are three of the most important things about getting admitted to college? Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up

What are three of the most important things about getting admitted to college? Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up

After you have applied for admission, how do you know if your application, official high school transcript, SAT and/OR ACT score reports, letters of recommendation, essay, list of activities, etc. were received? If you do not receive a letter and/or email about their receipt, they may not have been received by the Undergraduate Admissions Office. You should check with the Admissions Office to confirm that all your documents have been received.

Many times students wonder why they never received a response to their application. It may simply be because not all of the required academic documentation has been received. Of course, you do need to check your email to see if you were emailed by the institution and look at  AND READ emails and postal mail from the university.

You can also check the online application by logging int again to ensure that you did, indeed, SUBMIT, your application. Students frequently do not click on the Submit button. Don't let this happen to you!
